When it comes to overall well being, there can be what seems like too many options for self-care or “treatment”. I find that in today’s society we are inundated by a “sick“ care system instead of a true “health” care system. The energy medicine that Leigh Ann practices is a delightful alternative option for creating a healthy and vital body. She creates the space for us to open ourselves up to the healing potential of our own bodies. It is amazing what she can do without even physically touching our bodies. She has an innate way of communicating with an individual’s body and receiving messages as to what would be helpful to release in order to make the space for healing. Sometimes a simple Chakra balancing can relieve a migraine. Sometimes healing touch and/or Reiki treatment on an injured thumb brings up ancestral emotional blockages that once cleared allow for major life transformations.
